Smart Thermostat

Smart thermostats are Wi-Fi thermostats that can be integrated with your home automation system. They help you control your office or home's heating, ventilation, and (especially for the summer) air conditioning.

You can also do this all on an app on your phone. Because of this, you can adjust the air conditioner, even when you're not home. This is optimal for when you're on vacation or left the house on a day when it's not too hot and you don't need the air conditioner blasting in an empty house. You'll save energy and save money!

Smart Sprinkler Systems

Have you ever programmed or preset your sprinkler system, left the house, and then it started raining as your sprinklers were watering the grass? It seems to happen more often than not, and because of this, you're wasting water, energy, and money.

Unlike traditional irrigation controllers, smart irrigation controllers monitor weather, soil conditions, and evaporation. They also detect how much water a plant needs.
