Javier (technician) was a great help, i had lots of questions, and he was courteous and patient with me. The issue with my system was corrected. As far as cost, ATI quote was competitive with others.

Zac did a great job! He placed four cameras and 30 sensors. He walked the property with me and listened to what I wanted. He made suggestions and explained certain system limitations and ways to best get around them. Once everything was installed, he explained the app and showed me the cameras coverage and how to use the keyboard. I was very pleased with the installation and the job Zac did.

For someone who has never had a security system, it has been a wonder and satisfying experience. I love the fact that the training, I received, was not rushed. We walked through everything! When my business partner accessed the office she enter the code we had discussed without a hitch.
