Javier (technician) was a great help, i had lots of questions, and he was courteous and patient with me. The issue with my system was corrected. As far as cost, ATI quote was competitive with others.

5 stars from Maria who was super nice and professional and making the process of switching alarm companies really easy. Another 5 stars to Javier who quickly set up our Qualsys IQ4 panel and replaced a sensor, he was very polite and and got us up and running smoothly!

Zac did a great job! He placed four cameras and 30 sensors. He walked the property with me and listened to what I wanted. He made suggestions and explained certain system limitations and ways to best get around them. Once everything was installed, he explained the app and showed me the cameras coverage and how to use the keyboard. I was very pleased with the installation and the job Zac did.
